If the situation in the state does not improve after Mumbai’s Corona case escalates, a complete lockdown could take place.

કોરોનાના કહેર વચ્ચે દિલ્હીમાં નાઈટ કર્ફ્યૂ પહેલેથી જ લાગુ છે. અને હવે કેજરીવાલ સરકારની નવી જાહેરાત બાદ વીકેન્ડ કર્ફ્યૂ પણ લાગુ કરાયો છે. શુક્રવારે રાત્રે 10 વાગ્યાથી શરૂ થયેલો કર્ફ્યૂ સોમવારે સવારે 6 વાગ્યા સુધી યથાવત્ રહેશે. આજે પહેલા વીકેન્ડ કર્ફ્યૂનો પહેલો દિવસ છે. વીકેન્ડ કર્ફ્યૂ આગામી દિવસોમાં આ રીતે જ ચાલુ રહેશે, જ્યાં સુધી કોઈ નવા આદેશ જાહેર ન થાય.

On the other hand, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called a review meeting today in view of the growing case of Corona.  The meeting will be attended by Nodal Minister for Covid-19 Management Manish Sisodia, Health Minister Satyendra Jain and other key officials.  After this meeting, the discussion that a complete lockdown will be implemented in Delhi has gained momentum.

A complete lockdown may come in Delhi

A complete lockdown in the capital could be discussed at the CM’s review meeting in Delhi.  It is likely that a complete lockdown could be imposed in Delhi if the weekend curfew does not reduce Corona’s case.  Earlier, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had made two main points that the lockdown was not a compromise and if the matter was not stopped, the lockdown could be considered.  With the way cases are increasing so fast in Delhi, it seems that the Delhi government will not take much time to think of another option.

દિલ્હીમાં છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં કોરોનાના 19,486 નવા કેસ નોંધાયા છે, જ્યારે 141 લોકોનાં મોત કોરોનાને કારણે થયા છે. બેકાબૂ થઈ ગયેલા કોરોનાએ સરકારની ઊંઘ હરામ કરી દીધી છે. તો નાગરિકોમાં પણ જોરદાર ડર જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે. વીકેન્ડ લોકડાઉન પહેલાં જ દિલ્હી પોલીસના જવાનો રસ્તાઓ પર તહેનાત જોવા મળી રહ્યા હતા અને 10 વાગતાં જ પોલીસ એક્શનમાં આવી ગઈ હતી.
